in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for a pa site, marae, urupa, timber reserve, papakainga, wahi tapu, a meeting place, educational purposes (eg. kohanga reo), place of cultural, historical
and scenic interest, health centre, water catchment area
for the marae and papakainga for the use or benefit of
the uri/descendants of Ngati Te Rangi, Ngati Tukorehe, Ngati Te Rangitawhia, Ngati Kapumanawawhiti who whakapapa to Tapapa Marae.
