Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water supply and shall vest in the Western
Bay of Plenty District Council, subject to easements created by Easement Instrument 9079916.4 (the easements are subject to section 243(a) of the Resource Management Act 1991), on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
