Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of February 2013, declaring land as road and taking severances for amalgamation with adjoining lands, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 February 2013, No. 21, page 587, by inserting the additional subject interest under recital (b) as follows:
"(iii) the right to drain water in gross over part (marked "C" on SO 313391) in favour of the Christchurch City Council created by Transfer A355032.10."
