Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken, pursuant to section 119, as severance and added to the land in Computer Freehold Register WNA3/524, together with the appurtenant rights specified in Easement Certificate 869211.7 and subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice B645270.1 and Mortgage 8803563.1, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
