Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1076/257, subject to part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 9023253.2;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register SA40A/458, subject to part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 9023244.2;
(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) to remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
