Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw , Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice, being unformed road (and part of State Highway 60 vested in Her Majesty The Queen) on the bed of Moutere Inlet within the common coastal and marine area as defined in
the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, following removal of all formed road and supporting embankments pursuant to Coastal Permit NN990523, to
be stopped and further, pursuant to section 15(2) of
the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, becomes part of the common marine and coastal area.
