Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori
Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land
Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a urupa for the common use and benefit of
the owners of Parish of Koheroa 39D 1B Block and Parish of Koheroa Lot 39 D2 Block, the children and remoter
issue of the owners, whanaunga of the owners who are associated in accordance with tikanga Maori with the land and the descendants of any former owner who is or was a member of the hapu associated with the land.
