Pursuant to section 98 of the Waitaha Claims Settlement Act 2013 ("the Settlement Act 2013"), the New Zealand Geographic Board Nga Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa ("Board") hereby gives notice of a discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) name.
The Schedule below specifies the details of the discontinued CPA name; its generic term; its description; and former
New Zealand Gazette.
The discontinued CPA name took effect on 11 July 2013, being the date that the Settlement Act 2013 came into effect.
