Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of the State highway network and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 20(1), and an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip), together with the appurtenant pipeline rights created by Transfer H422926, subject to Land Covenants in Easement Instruments 8553689.2 and 9317864.4, and vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
