Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken, pursuant to section 119, as severance, together with the appurtenant pipeline rights created by Transfer H422926 and, subject to Order in Council 9075, and Land Covenants in Easement Instruments 8553689.2 and 9317864.4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
