Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager of the Nelson Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Marlborough-Nelson Regional Group of the Youth Hostels Association of New Zealand Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Te Runanga o Ngati Kuia Charitable Trust to control and manage the said reserve as
a local purpose reserve (hostel site).
