Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for cemetery purposes and remain vested in the Waikato District Council, excluding minerals contained in Computer Freehold Register SA1760/11 and subject to Coal Mining Licence held in Computer Interest Register SA47A/756, on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
