Under the Reserves Act 1977, and in accordance with
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that
the private land described in the Schedule be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions
of section 21 of the Act, and a Deed of Agreement dated
26 June 2013, and further declares that the protected private land shall be known as Nga Manu Forest Scientific Reserve.
