Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 2 May 2013:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Hastings District Council declares pursuant to section 14 of
the Reserves Act 1977 that the land in the following schedule is held as local purpose (esplanade) reserve."
