Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of land described in
the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water reservoir and shall vest in the Hauraki District Council, subject to existing easements held in B.044445.24 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
