Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and to remain vested in the Hamilton City Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and section 8 of the Mining Act 1971.
