Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the use and convenience
of a road and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979;
(b) Declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
