Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in
the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of
by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price
and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into its reserves development and purchases fund for the purposes of acquiring new reserves or developing its reserves network.
