Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that a resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on 27 February 2013 resolving that the piece of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the Schedule is declared to be a recreation reserve.
