Under section 31 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the land described in the Schedule below shall be a walkway and is assigned the name Waitaria Bay Walkway.
I have appointed the Department of Conservation to be the controlling authority for this walkway.
Conditions
The Waitaria Bay Walkway must not be used for:
(a) commercial use; or
(b) organised events involving more than 15 people at any one time.
