Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 13th day of September 2005, amends the notice classifying the Belt Road Recreation Reserve dated the 20th day of September 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2011, No. 147 page 4243 (ln6704), by omitting in the Schedule under Taranaki Land District-New Plymouth District:

and inserting in its place
