Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Support Manager of the Tongariro Wanganui Taranaki Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve described in the Schedule to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further notifies that the New Plymouth District Council by way of
a resolution dated the 18th day of September 2012, acting pursuant to the powers conferred on it under section 16(10) of the Act, declared that the said reserve shall be held and form part of Pukekura Park, so named hereto in this notice.
