Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register SA249/125
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
