Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 11th day of December 2012, hereby classifies the reserve properties described in the First Schedule to this notice as recreation reserve and the reserve described in the Second Schedule
to this notice as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
These seven properties are owned by the Hutt City Council.
