Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for public school;
(b) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28, and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain water is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice appurtenant to the land described in the
First Schedule as a drainage easement having the rights
and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002
and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
