Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (drainage) reserve and further, classifies those parts of the reserve described in the First and Second Schedules as local purpose (drainage) reserve
and further, classifies those parts of the reserve in
the Third Schedule as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
