Act 1937, section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act
1986, geothermal exploitation and electricity right in gross and profit … prendre created by Transfer B406416.4 and Encumbrance B406416.5, and shall remain vested in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
