Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the area of the existing Maori Reservation for Taheke B in the notice dated the 12th day of September 1951 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 1951, No. 75, page 1396, is amended to now comprise an area of 5047 square metres as defined on ML 441020.
