Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of Essex Street municipal purpose reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule and further specifies that the land in the Second Schedule be held for municipal reserve purposes.
