Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of April 2013, acquiring land for water supply and related purposes and vested in the Kapiti Coast District Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 April 2013, No. 46, page 1419, by deleting the reference to
"Computer Freehold Register WN94/263"
in the Schedule and replacing it with
"Computer Freehold Register WN94/24".
