Pursuant to section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, section 98 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and under delegated authorities from the Minister of Energy and Resources and the Minister of Conservation, we, David Binnie, Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment and Sue Tucker, Ministry of Conservation, hereby amend the notice with the above heading dated the 5th day of September 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 1996, No. 122, page 3071.
The Schedule to the above notice is amended such that the entry for GFA 10 is replaced with the following wording:
"GFA 10
Nelson Creek Area being 5.25 hectares in area located 26km east north-east of Greymouth, Westland, as is more particularly shown on plan SO 12375, and identified in the spatial database held by the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (the Secretary)."
