New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and vested in Andrew Wayne Jackson and Ruth Irene Jackson and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA69D/661, subject to Mortgage 8633015.1, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
