Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and,
(i) pursuant to section 120(3), declares the stopped
road firstly, secondly and thirdly described to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL101/141, subject to Mortgages 267075.1 and 238559.2; and
(ii) the stopped road fourthly described shall be dealt with as Crown land (stream bed) under the Land Act 1948.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL101/141, subject to Mortgages 267075.1 and 238559.2.
