Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), declares:
(a) The portion of stopped road firstly described to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL101/141, subject to Mortgages 267075.1 and 238559.2; and
(b) The portion of stopped road secondly described to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL139/93, subject to Mortgages 267075.1 and 238559.2.
