Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the Maori Reservation known as Ngapuna E and Part D (first set apart as Ngapuna E as a Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of Ngati Tarawhai hapu of the Te Arawa tribe and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 February 1967, No. 6, page 145, and then including Part Ngapuna D which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 1994, No. 9, page 648).
