Under section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 18th day of September 2012, declares the recreation reserve described in the Schedule, so declared for recreation reserve purposes by notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 13 September 1979, No. 84, page 2695, and deemed to be so classified for that purpose pursuant to section 16(2) of the Act, to form part of Pukekura Park, so named hereto in this notice.
