Pursuant to the provisions of section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby classifies that part of the Seaview Avenue Reserve described in the Schedule to this notice as local purpose (access way) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
