Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 18th day of September, hereby classifies the recreation reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes and further, pursuant to the powers conferred on it by section 16(10) of the Act, declares the said reserve to form part of Pukekura Park, so named hereto in this notice.
