Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 18th day of September 2012, hereby classifies
the botanic garden and public recreation grounds reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes and further, pursuant to the powers conferred on it by section 16(10) of the Act, declares the said reserve to form part of Pukekura Park, so named hereto in this notice.
