Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 18th day of September 2012, hereby classifies the botanic gardens and public recreation grounds reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (community purposes and recreation) reserve and further, declares that the said reserve shall cease to form part of Pukekura Park.
