Land Covenants in Transfers 6783080.14 and 6783080.15, the right to convey electricity, telecommunications
and electronic data in Easement Certificate 8628686.3, and (affecting Section 48 SO 438780 only) the electricity easement in gross created by Transfer B568645.6, and shall remain vested in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
