Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for cemetery purposes and vests in the Waikato District Council, excluding minerals contained in Computer Freehold Register SA1760/11 and subject to coal mining licence held in Computer Interest Register SA47A/756.
