Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 15th day of June 2012 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
28 June 2012, No. 73, page 2082, by replacing Clause 3 in the Third Schedule to that notice with Clause 3 in the Second Schedule over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette:

Second Schedule
Replacement Clause
"3. The Grantee may enter onto the Servient Land to access other properties upon which the Grantee operates a drain or stream for the purposes of inspecting, maintaining, repairing or replacing the easement facility (or other similar work) on those properties. The Grantee will enter the Servient Land at reasonable times and will provide reasonable notice of entry before doing so (according to the circumstances)."
