Under section 50A of Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Acting Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land dated the 13th day of September 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2011, No. 141, page 4079, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place:
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land
Under section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the First Schedule is held for conservation purposes, and further, under section 16A of that Act, authorises the exchange of that land described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule
and specifies that the land held in the latter Schedule be held for conservation purposes.
