City dated the 14th day of June 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 June 1993, No. 85, page 1592, which was declared to be invalid by a decision of the Auckland High Court (Tamaki Reserve Protection Trust Inc v. Minister of Conservation CP600/97 12 March 1999), and the land reverts to reserve for defence purposes in the notice headed Lands Permanently Reserved dated the 26th day of August 1921 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
1 September 1921, No. 80, page 2256, as modified by sections 33(5), (6) and (7) of the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park Act 2000 and by notice headed Change of the Classification of Parts of a Reserve and Appointment of the North Shore
City Council to Control and Manage a Recreation Reserve dated the 25th day of October 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 December 2005, No. 204, page 5184.
