Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 12 October 2011 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being approximately $5,928.68 held in a Westpac bank account in the name of the Dannevirke Branch of
the Labour Party, be vested in the Wairarapa Electorate Committee of the Labour Party.
This direction shall become final on 11 November 2013.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
