Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on the 14th day of August 2013 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being:
(a) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1544 square metres, more or less, being Lots 89 and 90 DPS 79193 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(b) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing
673 square metres, more or less, being Section 2 SO 448324 (Gisborne Land Registration District); and
(c) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 20 DPS 13030 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(d) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 DPS 17992 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(e) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1174 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DPS 4274 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(f) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1332 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5 DPS 3229 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(g) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DPS 3730 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(h) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1017 square metres, more or less, being Lot 98 DPS 27 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(i) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1009 square metres, more or less, being Lot 34 DPS 4540 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(j) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1011 square metres, more or less, being Lot 13 DPS 3455 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(k) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 22 DPS 14428 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(l) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 21 DPS 14428 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(m) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1619 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 25 DPS 8161 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(n) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing
857 square metres, more or less, being Lot 18 DPS 10766 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(o) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing
761 square metres, more or less, being Lot 19 DPS 10766 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(p) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1057 square metres, more or less, being Lot 31 DPS 11360 (South Auckland Land Registration District); and
(q) An estate in fee simple in all the land containing
529 square metres, more or less, being Lot 110 DP 28844 (Wellington Land Registration District)
be vested in the Central North Island Kindergarten Trust 2562740.
This direction shall become final on 3 November 2013.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
