Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that as a result of the liquidation of the
above-named incorporated society, its remaining funds, being an amount yet to be formally determined but not
less than $50,000.00, constituting its Residual Funds, held on interest deposit within a trust account maintained by Norris Ward McKinnon Lawyers in Hamilton, be vested in the Alzheimers Waikato Charitable Trust 2551339.
This direction shall become final on 3 November 2013.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
