Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 27 November 2008 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being a registered lease 513481.1 in relation to:
(1) an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 3.2393 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 78848 described in certificate of title WN45B/356 (Wellington Land Registration District) (as to the part formerly contained in Lot 1 DP 52240); and
(2) an estate in fee simple in all the land containing
2 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 DP 78848 described in certificate of title WN45B/358 (Wellington Land Registration District)
be vested in:
WAINUIOMATA MARAE CHARITABLE TRUST 2193958.
This direction shall become final on 22 June 2013.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
