Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown
Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General
of New Zealand hereby appoints
Hon John Warwick Gendall, CNZM
as a member and chairperson of the Drug Free Sport
New Zealand Board for a term commencing on 1 February 2013 and expiring on 31 July 2015.
